Onboarding Specialist – Worldwide

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will join our global team, working to help new customers through the account opening process. As the first point of contact for new customers, Onboarding Account Associates provide the first-class introduction and guidance that distinguishes us in the marketplace. By bringing together a strong customer focused approach with an eye for detail and research, Onboarding Account Associates are a driving force in the growth of one of the Caribbean’s fastest growing and most stable financial institutions.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Prepare detailed customer profiles for the Compliance department through verbal interviews, documentation review and online research.
  • Assisting clients through the account opening process, including helping them with new account funding and walkthroughs.
  • Working with professional third party referring agents and intermediaries to onboard new customers.
  • Handling and dissemination of sensitive customer information .
  • Liaising with the Bank’s Compliance department to determine customer risk profiles and overall fit with the Bank’s Compliance and Risk Management Policies.
  • Identify sales opportunities through an understanding of the Bank’s financial products and assessment of the customer’s fit within those products.
  • Work in a team, collaborating with other Specialists and departments to achieve superior results for new customer

Requirements

  • English fluency required; additional languages are a must (German, French and Dutch are highly valued)
  • No US residents; work remotely anywhere else in the world
  • Experience in customer support and service, or in journalism is value.

Compensation

  • Full-time salary position starting at $42,000/year after training period
  • Paid vacation and holiday time

Sales and Trading Associate – Worldwide

Responsibilites

  • Manage administrative functions for banking and trading applications
  • Manage and monitor trading applications for overall risk level and exposure
  • Support self-directed trading clients with order entry and technical inquiries
  • Liaise with client support team to assist clients with their inquiries and requests

Requirements

  • Experience trading and investing on a multi-asset brokerage platform, ideally Interactive Brokers and MetaTrader 4 desirable
  • Knowledge of Equities products (stocks, bonds, ETFs), Forex, Futures and Derivatives (options, CFDs, etc.) markets and Exchanges
  • Understanding of financial concepts including leverage (or margin), interest, swaps, etc.
  • Strong Excel and math skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, Macro editing)
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, and excellent multi-tasker
  • Make yourself available to work after-hours and weekends, if necessary

Details

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to work in a rapidly growing and constantly evolving technical organization.
  • Manage and implement new and existing banking systems, software and technical processes organization wide.
  • Implementation and maintenance of security, stability and disaster management processes.
  • Work with technical partners and third party developers to integrate and manage software systems for the Bank.
  • Engineering background and relevant skills in web programming languages, application and database management and systems administration is recommended.
  • Experience with Microsoft systems management and development, including Sharepoint, Dynamics, Exchange and Active directory is an asset.
  • Proficiency in enterprise banking software and systems and payment networks (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, SEPA, etc) is an asset.
